Assist in the delivery of course materials.-Enduring students have access to learning resources.-Grading and Assessment: Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on assignments, exams and projects, adhering to grading rubrics and maintaining fairness and consistency across student assessments.-Facilitate class discussions, manage group activities and ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.- Work closely with Professors to ensure smooth course delivery.

Tasks Accomplished:#Reporting on Factory Performance:Regular reporting on the performance of factories in terms of production targets achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.#Evaluation and Analysis:Conducting evaluations and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.#Per Unit Incentive Calculation:Assisting in the calculation and administration of per unit incentives based on performance metrics.#Business Task Management:Managing and updating business-critical tasks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.#Kaizen Activity Data Collection:Collecting data on Kaizen activities from different departments to promote continuous improvement.#Meeting Management:Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to discuss production reports, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.#Document Management:Assisting in the organization and management of departmental documents and reports for easy access and reference.#ISO Coordination:Supporting the ISO Department in coordination efforts to maintain ISO certifications (ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety).#Reporting and Analysis:Contributing to the preparation of reports and analysis related to operational performance and compliance with ISO standards.#Work Order Closure Reports:Compiling and generating work order closure reports to track and document completed tasks and projects.
