Duties & Responsabilities:  Coordinating between Sub-Contractors, execution team and the other departments such as cost control, tender, procurement and management. Attending site and progress meetings with consultants and the client representative as well. Controlling the paper works of project especially the correspondences between the execution department and other parties. Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage project deliverables inline with approved project plan.  Manage project scope, change control and escalating issues to managment where necessary.  Monitoring project progress and performance ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. Review and approve shopdrawings, claims, variation orders and subcontractor progress invoices.

Duties & Responsabilities:  Manage and lead a team of technical engineers, draftsman and quantity surveyor. Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works. Provide technical support to the execution team in the projects.  Coordinate with procurment departement and ensure that all purchased materials meet the projects specifications and approvals.  Review and approve the shopdrawings, BBS and BOQs. Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications. Prepare monthly cost control and progress reports. Review and approve progress invoices

Duties & Responsabilities:  Execution of structural and finishing works Assign responsabilities and supervise the execution team. Prepare material requests and bill of quantities Attend weekly site progress meeting. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and all personnel assigned to the project Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status to upper management. Ensure that the site is supplied with all drawings and materials needed to implement the work.
