Responsibilities:• Attend the implementation of IT solutions for clients, including the deployment and configuration of team collaboration suites, RMM, NGAV, and cloud backup/replication solutions.• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and develop implementation plans that align with their business objectives.• Configure and customize team collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, O365, Rackspace, and other selected tools to optimize productivity and collaboration within client organizations.• Deploy and configure endpoint security solutions, including N-Able RMM, Acronis RMM, and Crowdstrike, to protect client systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.• Implement cloud backup and replication solutions to ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity for client environments.• Install and configure SSL certificates to encrypt data transmission and ensure secure online transactions for clients' websites.
