บริษัท อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เน็ตเวิร์ค ซิสเต็ม จำกัด หรือเรียกย่อๆว่า “ITNS” จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งเป็นบริษัทจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2545 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 1 ล้านบาท ภายใต้การบริหารของกลุ่มผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์และความสำเร็จยิ่งในด้านการบริหารและการดำเนินงานทางด้าน Information Technology และการสื่อสารโทรคมนาคมจากผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นผู้นำทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และด้วยความตั้งใจแน่วแน่ที่จะเป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทฯ ที่ให้ความไว้วางใจแก่ลูกค้าโดยคำนึงถึงเหตุผล ผลประโยชน์และความสำเร็จของลูกค้าเป็นหลักสำคัญ
ITNS ได้ทำการเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 10 ล้านบาท (สิบล้านบาทถ้วน) และมีแผนการขยายการลงทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อรองรับการบริการให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและที่จะเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคตด้วยความมั่นคงโดยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์ในสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจบริการให้คำปรึกษา พัฒนา และวางระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่ายงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สำหรับลูกค้าทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มลูกค้าวิสาหกิจ ราชการ เอกชน
ทั้งนี้เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันกับตลาดในปัจจุบัน ทางบริษัทฯได้เพิ่มศูนย์บริการลูกค้าพร้อมสำนักงานขายโดยมีพื้นที่ของสำนักงาน พร้อมทั้ง Facility ต่างๆ สำหรับรองรับลูกค้าและธุรกิจที่กำลังขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็วทั้งในกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลและต่างจังหวัด เพื่อให้ทางลูกค้าได้มีความเชื่อมั่นในประสิทธิภาพและศักยภาพในการดำเนินงานให้แก่ลูกค้า
