Provide support for the billing and print operations necessary to run a complete billing service. It is managed through a dedicated single point of contact ensuring that all services are delivered according to a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Scope of works includes:• Reconciling reports with partners (Operators & Service Providers) to ensure the accuracy of the reports received and issued• Invoice creation and paperless delivery to customers, by emailing customers a PDF copy of the invoice• Archives all invoices issued for ease of retrieval• Follow up and handling of collections from Operators• Issue monthly statement of accounts to Operators and Service Providers• Send reports to Service Providers upon reconciling the numbers in the reports from Operators• Follow up with invoices from Service Providers to facilitate the payment process• Facilitate the payment process• Management of disputes from both Operators and Services Providers, if any• Inquiry handling of anything relating to billing and invoicing• Reporting of sales and cost of sales for related products

1) Handle full set accounts 2) Ensured accounts were close on monthly and year on time and accuracy before report to the manager.3) Prepare financial year report for audit purpose and liaise with auditors.4) Prepare daily collection report & Aging report to update the sales manager to further collection.5) Bank reconciliation & monitor cash flow6) Liaised with banker for trade in Foreign exchange & prepare the related documents.7) Prepare & issue payment for suppliers, employee claims, and petty cash.8) Monitored implementing appropriate tax code and document for GST submission and payment.9) Maintained and proper filing system 10) Assist the manager in preparing paperwork & handle another task given by the manager 11) Using computerizes software- QuickBooks Accounting software to perform data entry12) Prepare cost report and invoice for purchase department key into the system13) Prepare monthly sales report14) Prepare import & export document for Custom department & insurance 15) Stock arrangement to ensure send out on time for customer16) Collect & send return merchandise authorization (RMA) item for repair.
