- In 2017, FUSE launched “Fuse Pro”, the first-of-its-kind mobile application in Indonesia, which enables agent/ broker partners to make instant insurance comparison and application, commission disbursement, as well as claim application and process tracking.
- In 2018, FUSE supported giant e-commerce Tokopedia to launch their first embedded travel micro insurance, and then launched various types of micro-insurance.
- In 2019, FUSE was the first insurtech started to support multi-finance, and supports the most comprehensive business model, starting from B2A (Business to Agent/ Broker), B2C comparison (insurance comparison portal Cekpremi.com) and B2B2C (micro insurance and financial institute).
- In 2020, FUSE had 250% growth and achieved a GWP of more than USD 48 million.
- In 2021, FUSE was the only Indonesian insurtech being listed in the World’s Top 100 Insurtechs” report, published by Sonr Global and Ernst & Young. FUSE also officially expands its business to Vietnam.
- In 2022, FUSE achieved more than USD 200 million of GWP and generated more than 150 million policies.
- In 2023, FUSE officially enters the Thailand market. FUSE established office in Malaysia.
