Global Payroll BPO ServicesMainly responsible for the overseas payroll service delivery including: According to the monthly payroll cycle, coordinate with clients and local payroll team to complete monthly payroll related serviceslodgment/cycle management/calculation/checking/reporting/payment/annual tax filing etc.to ensure timely and accurate salary operation. Provide daily overseas local policy consultation to clients.1. 60% Client communication and coordinate with local teams/partners to ensure our monthly service delivering2. 10% Handle client inquiry and escalation, coordinate with internal resources and manage client needs3. 10%Host regular operation service review with the clients, ensure service quality4. 5% Drive the improvement of service process and service efficiency5. 5% Enhance productivity & improve process6. 5% Maintain the partner relations and monitor the service qualityJob Description：Manages ongoing contractual relationships and operational delivery of services to clients for a group of accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and ensure clients satisfaction.Manages the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAservice level agreementsand KPI as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures understanding of client requirements. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advices and supports.Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the pre-sales managers or additional business within the accountsQualifications：1Years+ work experience as account management role in HR professional service industry or as in-house HR role with payroll processing or payroll project experience.2. Proficient English in both writing and speaking3. Willing to take challenges, work under pressure4. Will to take early or late con-call.5.
