CurrentNMLS # 1533062• Take a consultative personalized approach to each client’s mortgage loan needs whether purchasing a new home or refinancing a current• Analyze applicants’ credit and income documentation to determine eligibility in respect to different loan program requirements and Debt to Income thresholds• For home refinance clients, lay out a detailed path for financial success and use my knowledge of finance to advise clients how to adhere to a budget, save money on loan interest, key factors that contribute to credit score, get out of credit card debt, use their mortgage to save money monthly and long term• For home purchase clients, advise clients the best way to structure a loan based on their available assets for closing, monthly budget and their mortgage goals• Use of my personal skills and sales abilities to ensure clients understand their need for my services, how I can help and why I am the best choice for them amongst my competition• Keep an organized CRM to ensure proper follow ups and build relationships with clients resulting in increased monthly loans closed, overall increasing my contribution to the company’s revenue by at least 20% annually• Effectively managing the assets given to me therefore decreasing my cost to the company, and increasing application to closed loan ratio by building rapport, maintaining client relationships long term and obtaining referrals
