Perform Water Rights Accounting. Track the status and ownership of wells in the Central and West Coast basins. Archive historic Watermaster data for future retrieval. Visit well sites at pumpers’ request to evaluate the condition of inactive wells and recommending future course of action. Generate Invoices using Microsoft Excel and Word. Investigate projects adjacent to our service area to determine any potential impacts on basin management. Use ArcGIS to manage and visualize data.

In the Field: Performed maintenance for well vaults, telemetry, and data loggers. Collected water level measurements, downloaded water level data, and performed groundwater sampling under the supervision of Professional Hydrogeologists. In the Office:Performed QA/QC of well data for permit compliance. Created Piper and Stiff Diagrams to analyze hydrogeochemical trends. Created Stater well logs for making geologic interpretations. Used Leapfrog Hydro modeling software to model nested monitoring wells and track constituent concentrations. Analyzed historic data to produce groundwater production summaries and track water conservation in the Montebello Forebay.
