Got my start as a roadie on the Hoop-It-Up 3v3 street basketball tour in 1995. It was one of the best experience of my life and enabled me to learn the grassroots and event business from the ground up. From there I excelled in our client services department managing top brands such as Nike, Foot Locker, New Balance, U.S. Army, Gillette, Slim Jim and Southwest Airlines.
