Support Technician
CurrentProvide excellent customer service and technical support to Backblaze users. - Exceed user expectations by going above and beyond company SLA to minimize response time to users. - Work cross functionally with Engineering teams to report and resolve software bugs. - Work with Sales and Marketing teams to triage prospective user inquiries. - Setup new users and corporate accounts onto the platform. - Develop knowledge based articles for users to educate on basic and intermediate topics regarding Backblaze. - Build knowledge of API commands, Coding and json to improve customer experience. - Continual education on Hardware, Software and Tech news to keep up to date with current innovations.
