Key Accomplishments:1) Overseeing and designing technical regulations for MoIAT (ESMA) Operations under Notified Body for product registration under ECAS & EQM process2) Assigning work to the Team for UAE ECAS RoHS, LVE, Vehicle Spare Parts & Mechanical Products certifications3) Ensured strict adherence to ISO 17065:2012 and ISO 17020:2012 compliance requirements.4) Provides direction and coaching to the new Certification Center Supervisors and evaluate them on a monthly basis5) Advises on certification requirements and product categories.6) Timely issuance of Conformity Certificates7) Identifies non-complying products and maintaining records for the same.8) Prepares Technical Instructions relevant to the products and scheme.9) A member of company's QMS team for maintaining all QMS records as per ISO 17065 requirements10) Initiating Quality and Technical audits in factories worldwide for UAE certification as per ISO 9001 standards and various technical standards (IEC,BS) for household small and large appliances, Energy efficiency requirements etc.11) Validating and approving the Factory Inspection reports 12) Assisting clients in testing of their products and also assisting them with the technical queries related to their product's testing and issuance of the Test reports.13) Conducting market surveillance on behalf of MoIAT and preparing the reports of the survey conductedKey Deliverables:1) Played a vital role in overseeing/designing technical regulations for MoIAT operations in Notified Body for product registration under ECAS & EQM process.2) Efficiently delivering technical support for customers on registration of products under UAE's various certification process.3) Strategic role in mentoring the team for certification of products under MoIAT4) Providing technical guidance for registration of UAE's RoHS regulation for manufacturer's and traders in & outside UAE5) Guiding clients and resolving issues to comply the product requirement.

Job Role• Guarantee that all production runs meets colour and quality standards per standard.• Provide final product inspections to ensure defects are identified and correctly labeled.• Conduct quality control testing for each production run as well as periodic testing for ASTM certifications to include but not limited to indent and residual recovery, weight, color, thickness, squareness, dimensional stability and layer measurement tests.• Must follow the policy and procedures for the quality management system to insure the accuracy of inspection and re-inspect processes and make suggestions for improvement.• Assist manufacturing to ensure that all startups and quality changes meet quality standards as defined by the production specifications and quality requirements.• Maintain a clean and efficient laboratory environment.• Keep quality measurement equipment in good working order.• Perform periodic final inspection of finished LVT.• Communicate quality findings to appropriate manufacturing team members.
