I also perform visual checks in the Sprinkler Room, maintaining essential sprinkler riser pressure to meet safety standards. A key part of my role includes maintaining the workshop store and stock list, ensuring that all tools and materials are well-organized and readily available. My role extends to managing plumbing repairs, collaborating with contractors for quality assurance, and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues. From executing painting and general repairs to ensuring that all public areas are safe and well-maintained, I am committed to operational excellence. By documenting repairs meticulously and communicating effectively with the Room Division Manager, I ensure that urgent facility matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
