Organizing & conducting HSE Training Modules: HSE orientation, Fire Prevention, Chemical Hazard, Confined Spaces, Safe Operation of Plant & Machinery, Working at Height/Depth, Welding, PPE, Traffic Management, Working in Tunnel, Working on/near water, Housekeeping, Environment Protection & Health Parameters, Material Handling, Lifting Tackles, Power Supply, Scaffolding Inspection Implementation and monitoring of Project HSE Plan, company policy and procedures.Daily site visits and coordinating with site HSEA.Take part in inspection conducted on site for lifting tools & tackles, scaffoldings, excavations, different earth moving equipment.Promotion of “Near Miss Reporting” & “SPOT the Hazards” Reporting Mechanisms.Implementing Safety, Health and Environment requirements through Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis in enhancing project improvement throughout the productionImplementation of BBS “Behaviour Base Safety” & STOP “Supervisor Training Observation Plan” Conducting camp inspection and follow up of open items unless closed.Incident accident investigation to find out root cause to prevent recurrence.
