Vast variety of roles in H&S over almost two decades have developed skills and attitudes to drive safety culture in the organisations of different industries and sizes. I`m good at seeing “the big picture”, define issues, set goals and deliver on them.Ability to communicate with all stakeholders and team work are the cornerstones for environment where successful safety culture can thrive.The values that charges my performance: Integrity – honest behavior and attitude. Even when it`s uncomfortable.Challenge – H&S is constant challenge and improvements can be achieved only through challenging each other in a constructive way.Can do – there is solution for every problem. Sometimes we have to innovate and think outside the box, but there is always the solution. As my strengths I`d define:- Colleagues tend to admit that I am good collaborator. I create ideas, discuss with all stakeholders concerned and define common goal the team will work on.- Willing to step outside the comfort-zone. This is manifested in the fact that I embrace change. I see change as development.- Risk mindful – always make risk-based decisions. They often tend to go above and beyond legal requirements. - Problem solving – start with “WHY” (as per Simon Sinek).
