About Theodoros Atmakidis

Highly motivated software engineer/developer with 6 years of eminent experience in automotive industry. Currently working for Exothermia SA. focusing on the coupling of axisuite – an advanced CAD tool developed by Exothermia SA for exhaust systems components - with commercial CFD tools and FEA solvers. Primary role is to develop plug-ins for the most advanced commercially available CFD solvers (StarCD and StarCCM+ by CD-Adapco and Fluent by ANSYS Inc.) in order to bridge them with axisuite in an efficient and user-friendly way. Able to simulate with high accuracy the technologies used in exhaust systems within their preferable CFD tools. Responsible for the support of aforementioned plug-ins, hence having the opportunity to be constantly updated to customers’ as well as market’s needs. Truly passionate about my work and eager to gain more knowledge and carry out further research in in the field of CFD, I would like to share this passion with former colleagues and interesting people with same research interests, thus, feel free to contact me.
