I recruited for clients in the Biotech and Pharma industries, located in the West Coast! I gathered details on the role, sourced for candidates, and did screenings. I then presented the top candidates to hiring managers and assisted with scheduling of interviews. Finally, I verbally presented offers, sent out letters, conducted reference checks, and assisted with the onboarding. Additionally, I strengthened relationships with my contractors by doing bi-weekly check-ins.

I identified and built relationships with decision makers for business development. I also met with customers to analyze and invest in their needs and clarify information for a quality experience. Additionally, part of my role was managing social media platforms to promote brand awareness and increase sales.

At Planet Nine Private Air, I problem solved, adopted a flexible mindset, and kept confidentiality to enhance customers’ safety and experience. I also oversaw flight attendants by communicating policies with them, auditing jets’ interiors, reviewing 25+ applicant’s resumes, creating organizational tools, and making critical decisions to both increase accountability and decrease the delay. I was also responsible for various projects including: implementing the LevelFlight app for pilots, instituting WiFi plans for flights, and developing a 15-page report on the best practices for hiring new talent.
