• Determine, implement, and maintain an up to date Human Resources Information system• Highly skilled in using MUQEEM for Stay Permit Issuance, Renewal, Re-Entry, Final Exit etc.• Banking Business for the employees of the company i.e. Opening New Bank Accounts for employees, Reissue ATM Cards, and other bank related business • Fully responsible for confidentiality of all employee data.• Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer. • Maintain accuracy for all data• Responsible for performing full range of Human Resource duties for all employees • Coordinate with all site timekeeper and HR reprehensive like transfer, leaves resuming etc.• Liaise with all department heads for all issues related to HR system.• Perform date entry on a daily basis of the following: - Adding new staff with all required information.- Perform changes to employee status such as contract revisions …etc.- Perform separation actions of resigning & terminated employees.- Generate reports as and when required.- Editing and modifying employee master data- Perform all tasks related to payroll processing such as leave settlement, end of service …etc.

• Preparing staff & workers payroll on monthly basis using Timesheet Client (MS Access)• Preparing final settlement of employees.• Preparing workers leave salary & air ticket.• Preparing distribution sheet of staff & workers on daily basis.• Preparing staff & workers attendance report on daily basis.• Preparing cost report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.• Responsible of issuing Exit reentry & final exit of employees.• Preparing man-hours for HSE Dep’t on weekly & monthly basis.• Arranging transportation for workers & staff on daily basis from camp to project (vice versa).• Filling the file’s (Soft copy & Hard copy)• Responsible for arranging accommodation for new staff & workers.
