CurrentOversee all the tree survey activities.• Co-manage the field team, ensuring appropriate training, mentoring, and daily supervision of the junior survey staff. • Ensure compliance with HSE, both instructing the team on risk management, and enforcing adequate PPE use. • Comply with Client (DGDA) and AESG safety and security requirements, such as accessing only permit-granted areas and following traffic and behavioral norms. • Ensuring adequate delivery of the biometric data collection, and the tagging efforts of approximately 27,000 trees (most likely ~20,000).• Daily management of the GIS data collection, monitoring that all the deployed team is complying with the data collection standards.• Provide weekly updates of the Project Dashboard, reporting statistics of area covered, number of trees, and other field-related observations.
