Over 15 years leading Finance functions across Technology, Healthcare, and Media sectors. As TuneCore’s VP of Finance, I am responsible for managing the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis teams while overseeing all financial affairs on behalf of the company. In previous roles at Vault Health and Spotify, I contributed to the rapid and transformative growth of the companies, implementing processes and operations to manage multiple business lines, acquisitions, and public offerings. Previous Accomplishments:At inVesti, I oversaw the Company's financial affairs, corporate strategy, investor relations, and capital planning, leveraging my multidisciplinary, analytical, and leadership skills to enable the Company's vision and mission.At Vault Health, a diversified Healthcare platform with multiple business lines including Diagnostic testing, Clinical Research, Workforce Screening, and Telemedicine Clinical Care, I served as Vice President of Finance. We achieved profitability within 3.5 years, ultimately resulting in a robust multiple on invested capital returned to investors. As the company's first Finance hire, I was responsible for building out the Finance function, overseeing corporate planning, strategic finance and decision support, financial reporting, treasury management, and departmental staffing and development. We were proud to serve thousands of enterprise clients, state governments and local municipalities, and tens of thousands of DTC customers. At Spotify, I served as a founding member of the Global FP&A team, responsible for designing and implementing key FP&A processes, forecasting and scenario planning, unit economics, variance analysis, financial reporting, modeling, and decision support frameworks. My remit covered P&L management for the company’s advertising and marketing business units, providing strategic financial leadership towards profitable user acquisition initiates and monetization strategies. During my tenure, the company increased subscribers from 4 million to 129 million, launched in 70+ new countries, evolved business models and monetization strategies to consumer behaviors, and went public on the New York Stock Exchange via Direct Listing in April 2018.
