• Evaluate potential Providers bids, capability, quality system, background etc. • Visit and evaluate potential Provider premises • Ensure on behalf of Technical team lead negotiation process with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Maintenance & Repair Organization (MRO) etc. • Establish direct contacts with contracted MRO Key Account Managers • Coordinate removable/installation slots with Long Term Planning (LTP)/Short Term Planning (STP) altogether with MRO capability and availability • Coordinate close loop repair and quotation approval with contacted Providers • Provide planning for and manage the Base Maintenance Engineering team • Prepare the Business and Financial plan for the heavy maintenance events • Check, control and approve all invoices related to base maintenance and schedule program • Budget control • Propose initiatives for continuous improvement
