As a System Engineer, I had the privilege of designing, implementing, and operating Intune/Azure/other RMM environments in collaboration with clients from several major market-leading companies. Additionally, I supervised and assisted a small IT helpdesk team in their daily tasks, collaborated with clients to develop service plans, and participated in the introduction of new IT processes.

Managing a large and unique IT environment, addressing both day-to-day operations and critical problems.In addition to resolving technical calls, my responsibilities included daily communication with customers, building a knowledge base, and reviewing and improving processes.

My role involved resolving users' computer-related (hardware, software) issues both onsite and remotely. I managed and prepared IT devices to ensure optimal functionality. Also I handled user permissions, ensuring that everyone had the appropriate access to the system.
