I am today a Mediator, and an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. I am a Law graduate from Faculty or Law, Delhi University. I am a Certified Mediator, having completed the 45-hour Mediation Training with the Indian Institute of Corporate Attains (IICA), a part of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. I am also an Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator, having also completed the 6-day Civil/Commercial Mediation Training Programme with ADR/ODR International (a London based organisation with an affiliate in India).I have graduated in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, and I am a post-graduate, PGDBM/MBA, from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. My career span of almost 40 years has been in the private corporate sector (for about 35 years), followed by my own publishing venture (for about 5 years).I have held senior positions at several organizations, including as Executive Director at Hero Honda Motors Lid. (now Hero Motocorp) and Managing Director at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. (now part of Sun Pharma).My career has been for many years in the Commercial area (Sales, Marketing), followed by General Management and then Senior Management roles. I have worked across multiple industries, including IT, Telecom. Logistics. Automobile and Pharmaceuticals.
