Over the past 25 years I have been able to consistently identify new markets and grow them from scratch. At Jakson Green, worked on it’s foray into Hydrogen & worked on Green Hydrogen Projects - Won 3 Prestigious projects worth $15 M in 2022 along with $ 7.5 M worth 300 TPD Food Waste to CBG Plant at Bangalore. I collaborated with stakeholders to strategize the growth of the next-gen Hydrogen Fuel Cell as well as Electric Powertrain Technology business at KPIT. I have realized million dollar+ electric vehicles deals for KPIT in India, spearheaded the first ever Indian project to build electric buses infrastructure and helped Sales team win First overseas electric bus pilot order.I led the $20 M Genset ETO Business and a $ 5M Systems P&L Role for Cummins Singapore.I have executed over 500+ Digital Master Control Systems projects with 95%+ on time delivery across the APAC & EMEAR regions for key sectors included data centers, airports, power plants, refineries, oil platforms and telecom for Cummins Singapore.I grew the Cummins India Power Electronics Business to INR 100 million / $2.1 million from scratch with the highest profitability. I have successfully introduced new global product range into the Indian market. I established Cummins global range of Automatic Transfer Switches in 2009. I also grew the Schneider Electric Products business from scratch to INR 120 M / $2.1M.I have demonstrated an ability to build, mentor and lead both direct and remote teams across APAC including Australia. My leadership efforts have been recognized with awards like the ‘Excellence in Energy Management’s National Award Cummins’ from the CII in 2006 and the ‘Annual Six Sigma Award for the Best Six Sigma Project’ from Cummins, Singapore in 2012 to name a few.
