Subsequently I got fascinated with 'yeasts' and magic they can pour into my dram.My passion for testing and tasting out new Flavours, lifted my spirit to the wine & spirits industry...As a Biochemistry & Industrial Microbiology grad, I pursued PG in Industrial fermentation and Alcohol technology (DIFAT) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, India. At Oasis distilleries Ltd, MP, India (60KLPD-Wash to ENA-Praj) I briefly learnt about Grain based distillery operation, maintenance, and management, which was then followed by exposure to Molasses based distillery Operation and management at DCM Shriram Ltd, UP, India (150 KLPD-Wash to ENA &190 KLPD Wash to AA-EXCEL Engineering) ZLD Plant.Now, on project management executive role in Operation and Maintenance space (1G ethanol) with Praj Industries Ltd, I am exploring the Business and Management spectrum of Biotech & Renewable energy Industry.And yes, I do love to backpack and write songs.Feel free to connect…
