In my role as an IT operations engineer, we are the integral part of our company's global technical support team, tasked with effectively assisting our diverse customer base across the globe which is focused on UK and US. My team is primarily tasked with managing the windows escalations queue handling that serves the company's top priority customer accounts by providing technical assistance for their hosted infrastructure both with the company and on public cloud.However, the role demands expertise to be extended to other platforms as well as for providing end to end solutions for emerging customer requirements.As part of the team, I collaborate closely with other teams, such as the cloud team, security team and the network engineering team, to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting of complex multi-cloud environments. This cross-functional approach allows us to deliver comprehensive solutions that cater to the diverse requirements of our clients.In addition to my role, I also actively participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops organized by Rackspace Technology. As a pioneer in multi-cloud solutions, we constantly strive to set industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
