I am a recent graduate from The University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in International Studies with hopes of pursuing a career in Nashville, TN beginning in August of 2018. As a Political Science major, I find myself to be fully intrigued by the law and art of persuasion and passion seen in the courtroom. I feel lucky to have found a major that excites me and inspires me to push myself to my greatest capacity to reach my ultimate goals. The courses I am enrolled in at The University of Tennessee at Martin have given me great insight to the many sides of political science and have allowed me the ability to feel more than prepared for a successful career. It is my greatest hope that I will find an opportunity that will allow me to utilize the knowledge I have gained and apply these skills in a professional setting. Although I am a Political Science major, I also have a broad range of interests such as media, sales, entertainment, and marketing. It is of importance to me that my personable and creative skills will help me to build valuable connections through opportunities earned in the future. I feel confident in my abilities and desire to expand from the classroom to the next step in my career.
