The Seasonal Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas. This position will have shift oversight of the Hazmat area to include both IB and OB workflow, coaching, safety, housekeeping and consolidation.

Main responsibility is provide assistance to the Floor Health QB in monitoring overall floor health of the robotic field and leading the work dispatch for Amnesty Floor Monitors (AFM) while ensuring minimum impact on downstream operations. This entails assisting the QB of CPT's and assigning job tickets to different departments for issues that effect floor health.

Providing retail visual presentation of vendor products follow visual guilds and Plan-O-grams. Moving and arranging of displays for visual appeal for product sales and customer satisfaction. Met sales goals and new weekly product roll outs.

At Auto Zone we strive to help our customer find the right parts their cars needs and how to get the job done right. Sometimes customers don't know what they need, but are looking for advice in how to find out or where to start looking. Like when they have a check engine light, having trouble starting their car, or just aren't sure what the part is called. Some of our free services are Check for engine codes, check starting and charging systems(on or off car), change batteries, install light bulb, and identify parts or types of cars. With my knowledge of part location, functionality, and description; and car makes and models, I can help point them in the right direction; sell them the part, help them understand what else they might need to get the job done, or recommend an Automotive professional for more difficult situations.Also in my job I am required to be a cashier, place special vendor orders,research parts and product, stock shelves on a daily bases, reset Plano-grams as needed, pull recalls, front face product as needed, and keep the store clean and orderly. I work in a fast pace environment that requires me to do multiple projects through out the day. Physically my job requires me to lift or carry 5-80 lbs., bend, stand for long periods of time, and sometimes work long shifts.

Understand and operate a KAMMANN 4 color High Speed Optical color machine that prints with silk screens on DVD/CD/Blue Ray. This entails: alignment, replacing ripped or damaged screens, mixing inks, quality control, minimizing product loss.
