As Treasurer for Phi Mu at Florida State University, I manage a $1.2 million annual budget and lead a team of 2 assistants, 1 chair head, and a committee. I delegate tasks to ensure smooth financial operations and timely completion of responsibilities. I budget and provide insights to my executive board to ensure optimal decision making. I created a comprehensive budget for the 2024-2025 school year and presented financial reports to chapter members and their parents, clearly communicating the chapter’s financial plans. Additionally, I improved financial communication that has excited members to talk and learn about finances. I continuously foster a community of transparency through presentations and an open-door policy, encouraging open discussions about our financial status.

I fostered collaboration by organizing and leading impactful meetings between my chapter and the company. I strategically connected Geneva with Florida State University Fraternity and Sorority Life(FSL), broadening its reach and partnership potential. As an enthusiastic Geneva app ambassador, I harnessed its capabilities to strengthen connections and promote the company's mission.
