I partnered with recruiting veterans to develop a medical job board geared toward medical recruiters and job seekers. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring the job board, working with my partners in defining the future evolution and future functionality for the site and provide direct support to site users and staff.

Still learning all that the job entails. A major portion of this position will include automating reporting for all AHA events and helping the team manage the various events on the Luminate platform for AHA.

In February of 2016, I took over the day to day and project management of the Operations and Deliverability teams. Since February 2016, I have worked with Senior Leadership to brainstorm, define, and scope new product offerings, have lead the technology due diligence in new acquisitions, established clear product direction in conjunction with the Product Owner for new products, developed and managed yearly budgets for personnel and infrastructure. Daily, I lead the QA, Development, Operations, and Deliverability teams in tasks and projects, guide the development team through new feature scope and sizing, troubleshoot issues on the legacy platform, and manage a team of in house contractors on projects.

2Dialog was acquired by Pursuant in February 2015. I continued in my role as Director of Product Development. My role expenaded to working with the CTO to establish a budget for infrastructure and personnel, manage the budgets for all projects, manage a team of in house contractors on projects, onBoard and train new developers, and guide Development and QA teams in daily tasks and projects.

As Director of Product development, I established processes and procedures for interfacing between Support and Development, designed and provided estimates for development projects and features, redefined workflow for development to better fit the current development team, and coded features and fixed bugs.In Q4 2012, I was asked to manage the QA team in addition to the development team. I worked with QA members to integrate the team with development, developed processes for quick feedback and revision cycles, and worked with near shore development teams to augment our in house development.

As a Senior Developer, I worked with an offshore team to develop several features and fix bugs, aided Support in helping our clients, trained and mentored several team members, architect, scoped, and coded a re-skin and simplification of our flagship product.

Develop websites using PHP, HTML, JS, and CSS. Work with various platforms including Wordpress, Kintera, Convio, Drupal, and 2Dialog. Manage a team of people working on projects. Work with a team of people to improve workflow and QA processes.

Managed and expanded website, managed network infrastructure, deployed and managed all computer systems including windows 2k3 and linux servers. Taught technology classes to staff and students.
