Responsible for the formation and management of the Aquarius Foundation, a non-profit that successfully prevented the closure of the Aquarius Undersea Research Base, the world's only undersea research laboratory. Through publicity, fundraising and special events, most notably Fabien Cousteau's Mission 31 (www.mission-31.com), we were able to secure a future for Aquarius as part of the Marine Education and Research Initiative at Florida International University.
