How did an engineer end up in marketing? Believe it or not, they have a lot in common. I would have never discovered this, however, if I had not interned at Procter & Gamble. As an Environmental Engineering major, I thought I would end up in a technical project management role. But after interning at P&G in brand management, and loving the work on meaningful consumer insights and branding strategy, I’ve never looked back. The engineer in me loves to set a clear path for a project, do the analysis, and dig into the details to create a successful strategy and execution. The marketer in me loves driving consumer and brand strategy. I love tangible results, and nothing is more fulfilling than helping my clients define and achieve theirs.
