CurrentLed and implemented Coupa's Global Talent Acquisition brand marketing initiatives and campaigns.Work with a variety of team members, external vendors, and leaders in the development and execution of strategic branding plans to help build brand awareness, recommend marketing tactics to engage talent, and deliver new assets and initiatives to showcase outstanding culture, the work Coupa is doing, and how our values drive success.Drive talent brand awareness initiatives from idea to execution and return on investment evaluation.Drive and project lead advertising campaigns, including global digital advertising campaigns and messaging projects, and partner with internal/external agencies working on these campaigns.Own ongoing maintenance of Coupa's talent network, employer profile pages, social media, intranet site, and careers page.Roll out branding materials and develop training and marketing toolkits that drive adoption and activation by recruiters and sources.
