Audrey is a Senior Partner in Rodyk & Davidson LLP's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.Audrey's primary practice is in general commercial litigation. She advises and represents clients on a broad range of issues including breach of directors' duties, insurance and corporate litigation, medical defence litigation, property law, breach of confidence, express, constructive and resulting trusts, banking law, employment law, intellectual property law and regulatory matters, including prosecuting for a local health authority. Her clients include private hospitals, insurers, public listed companies, and clients in cryptocurrency industry. In the area of medical law, Audrey has acted for a number of local hospitals and insurers, including defending hospitals and doctors in claims brought against them by patients and representing them in coroner's inquiries. She has advised on complex legal issues relating to the storage of human gametes, embryos and tissue, mix-up during an IVF procedure and directives and legislation in relation to assisted reproduction services.
