- Upkeep organization and execution of partnership assets- Assist with administrative work to support team operations- Help with the setup & breakdown of Fan Fest and hospitality operations- Operate as support lead and additional contact for event vendors- Support with the execution of Fan Fest entertainment, Leland Stanford Junior University Marching Bandperformance, Student-Athlete appearances, and auxiliary events happening within Fan Fest

- Oversee event operations and act quickly to resolve problems- Review documents and forms to ensure all needed information is accurate- Respond to inquiries from faculty and organizers- Coordinate logistics for conferences such as catering and equipment

-Coordinate logistics, including vendor selection, vendor negotiations, catering, audiovisual equipment,and other event-related requirements-Collaborate closely with the Fundraising Manager and Events Committee to develop event concepts,themes, and objectives for The Pitch Event and The Gala-Facilitate the development of event timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring the seamlesscoordination and execution of all aspects of the events.

-Comprehend, interpret and relay (technical or procedural) information with clarity and accuracy-Exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential situations or materials-Assist with special projects and events on campus to better promote the Global Engagement Office throughout the University-Professional appearance and positive approach to customer service-Provide clerical support: Typing documents and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
