Reporting to me are a supervisor and a call team responsible for answer questions on all consumer lending products for the Bancorp. They primarily answer calls from personal bankers and financial center managers and other Bank employees. I also manage processing team responsible for interacting with offshore teams, processing documents (faxes), ordering and logging verifications of employments, payoffs, and processes that are out of scope for offshore teams (indexing, triage). Processing team is also responsible for queue work in applications before and after underwriting takes place. I also manage a team of members who do file reviews of underwriters decisions to ensure that the TRID requirements were applied correctly, applications set up appropriately, and fees correct to reduce the re-drafting of documents after a close. Recently also added a business partner to my team who is responsible for managing the offshore teams that the department uses.

Manage a team of credit center and services employees providing support to the underwriting team in the regional credit center for consumer loans. Team acts as a liason between the underwriters and the banking centers. Some primary focuses have been placed on creating and managing processes to ensure there are no Reg B violations including implementing and updating procedures for a Welcome Letter and managing underwriter pipelines to ensure applications are reviewed in a timely manner. Also created audit scorecards for the CCS members to improve quality and ensure that everyone is held to the same standards and help the team understand expectations and how they can be exceeded.
