Key Responsibilities:•Ensuring appropriate and fit-for-purpose risk management structures & Management of Change (MoC) processes and systems are in place to meet best practice and business needs and to drive continuous improvement.•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (EASA / ICAO) & codes of practice and adherence to our Safety Management System (SMS).•Day to day management of the Risk Assessment (RA) processes and systems and ensuring adequate controls and mitigations are in place to reduce the Risk profile. •Managing the RA process for Dublin Airports Infrastructure capital projects across the Airfield. Focus on maintaining compliance with Regulation, ensuring the safety of Aircraft, Personnel, Vehicles, Equipment & Infrastructure and minimising the impact on the Airfield operation. This is achieved by establishing appropriate Risk mitigations, ensuring they are tracked & monitored, to keep risks as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) and working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruptions & impact on airfield efficiencies.•Conducting Safety Audits & inspections to ensure compliance with regulation and adherence to mitigations as outlined in the Risk Assessments and supporting safety documentation.•Monitor changes in relevant legislation/guidelines, interpreting requirements and taking appropriate action.•Provide management reporting in this regard and track the status of mitigation actions.•Review existing risk platforms and identify process improvements and technology advances to improve risk management and assessment process.•Work with other relevant departments in Dublin Airport to ensure the integrity & quality of all MoC submissions made to the Regulator in line with EASA standards.
