Assisted with the coordination, implementation and completion of the Red Flags Identity Theft Prevention Program for HSBC. Worked closely with Business Unit Executives, Compliance and Privacy departments ensuring HSBC's preparedness for this Regulation. Act as Liaison between Compliance and Quality Audit groups to serve as a point of contact representing Fraud. Assists with gathering required definitions and procedures to fulfill audit inquiry.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fraud for new product development projects in addition to projects enhancing our Cards System for Compliance for Regulatory Requirements. i.e. FACTA Red FlagsManagement of Operational Risk through risk assessment, monitoring, control identification, mitigation and measurement.Management of the HSBC FACTA Identity Theft Prevention Program (ITPP aka: Red Flags) as regulated by the Federal Trade Commission in ensuring all North America business units were in compliance with this regulation, which included a report provided to the Board of Directors on an annual basis to show the effectiveness of the ITPP Program throughout the year.

Handled incoming fraud claims from investigative standpoint, line balanced for prevention; identified new trends. End of year 2008 was awarded “Top Performer of the Year“.
