As the Executive Director of Washington State Leadership Board (WSLB), I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and development of a trustee agency that provides leadership training and mentoring to young people from diverse backgrounds. I have been with WSLB for over three years, starting as a Programs Director and then becoming the Director of Operations and Development before assuming my current role in May 2023. I have successfully led multiple initiatives to expand WSLB's reach, impact, and funding and am committed to empowering the next generation of leaders with the skills, values, and vision to change their worlds.
