Kabwe, Zambia

• Set strategy and led operations across 20+ staff in Business Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Innovations departments to deliver $13mm in agricultural input loans to 33,000 clients during 34% YoY growth. Built.
• Launched new cash collection systems to reduce cost of loan repayment revenue collection by ~30% and reduce fraud-related financial loss by 75% to <0.5% of 2021 credit revenue.
• Transformed program into OAF leader in delivery process efficiency, reducing delivery costs to 30% of OAF average and decreasing loss/shrink by 60% to 0.25% of total input value. Strengthened relationships with key.

• Implemented key process and training changes to increase input delivery capacity by 300% (to 250,000 new clients), while reducing delivery shrink by 55% and maintaining compliance with government subsidy program.
• Led digital transformation of the rural economy by negotiating with Mobile Network Operators to expand agent and network coverage, enabling expansion of OAF mobile repayment system to full-program coverage.
• Spearheaded the integration of the government’s digital subsidy program into OAF processes. Dialogued with government and its tech partners to implement needed changes to the technical system and rollout plan.
