About Audrey Jones

I am a member of Doctors of BC’s Practice Transformation Team and support the Doctors Technology Office team as the program manager to provide technology support and resources to physicians and healthcare teams. Previously I worked as a Practice Improvement Coach for Doctors of BC’s Practice Support Program, and prior to that was the Primary Health Care (PHC) Business Manager in Prairie North Health Region, acting as the administrator for the Region's electronic medical records (EMR) and overseeing the Physician billing system for the PHC providers. Having worked as the Clinic Manager in Meadow Lake prior to accepting this role, I was able to learn a lot about optimizing the clinical & operational use of the EMR, and physician relations. In my position as a Manager with Doctors Technology Office, I aim to support my team in having a positive impact on the health & wellness of all communities in BC. As a relatively new member of the Comox Valley & Campbell River communities, I am excited to engage in health, wellness, rugby & family activities.
