As a Compliance and Recruitment Administrator, my primary responsibilities will include ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations within the scope of Safety and Operations. This will involve staying up-to-date on DOT requirements, creating and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and conducting safety coaching. Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the organization. This will involve working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.In addition to my main task, I assist with property management and ensuring we have the best process in place. I manage our social media accounts as well as internal digital signage to ensure that all communications are clear from upper management to the men and woman who work hard for us outside.
