I am a founding partner of Brown, Gee & Wenger, LLP. I bring over 25 years of legal expertise to help my clients protect and grow their businesses. My corporate litigation work has included representation of multi-billion dollar public companies in contract disputes; data breach and privacy issues involving claims of over 30 million records; trademark infringement disputes; defending publicly traded homebuilders in complex multi-plaintiff residential construction claims; assisting in prosecution of $100 million dollar contract and fraud claims between banks; handling disputes relating to development and land sale acquisitions; corporate fraud and misrepresentation; and resolving disputes arising out of sale, acquisition, or dissolution of businesses/LLCs and professional partnerships; and disability access under the ADA including website claims.
