Assisted with CS 4620/5620, Introduction to Computer Graphics, as well as the accompanying practicum (CS 4621/5621) at Cornell University, with Dr. Abe Davis. Helped present computer graphics topics like geometry representation, 3D transformations and viewing, ray tracing, animation, and perception. Responsible for organizing an accurate schedule for the course, providing announcements and releases to students, and maintaining a Git repo for course projects and examples. Also held regular office hours and graded assignments

Lead assistant duties for BME 3030, Measurement and Instrumentation in Biomedical Engineering, with Dr. Steve Adie at Cornell University. Introduced circuit design to students for medical instrumentation. Presented basic circuit components (like op-amps) to develop circuits for filtering and heart rate analysis using a variety of sensors like microphones, EKG, thermistors, piezos, and more. Regularly provided guidance on circuit analysis, creative problem solving, and developed intuition for signal analysis and design. Responsibilities included holding weekly lab sessions, providing office hours, and grading assignments.

Worked on a portable MRI system for increased accessibility to rapid and clear neuroimaging. Projects included improving image registration for increased resolution and faster loading times, producing and testing imaging phantoms, and adding functionality to the UI, as well as various hardware projects.

Developed optical coherence tomography for medical diagnostics with Dr. Steven Adie at Cornell University. Worked on a wide variety of projects, primarily in image reconstruction and data processing. Focused on implementing and integrating novel data processing techniques in k-space to simulate real-world physical adjustments for faster and more efficient calculations of 3D mechanical forces, as well as normalizing data via phase shifts with Fourier transforms. Also designed adjustable frames in CAD for scanner and sample alignment, and produced artificial phantoms to match in-vivo specimens for use in validation testing.
