• Prepared unitary, consolidated, and combined state and local tax returns.
• Manage the monthly and annual 1099 process.
• Power user and administrator of Corptax software.

• Responsible for the preparation and documentation of the Company’s consolidated federal income tax return, in addition to state and local tax returns;
• Assist with the Company’s worldwide consolidated income tax provision as well as establish and maintain tax process and accounting controls to provide all required footnote disclosures;
• Assist in the preparation of responses to inquires of tax auditors as well as filing amended returns;
• Prepare and document franchise and sales & use tax returns;
• Prepare and organize all information to complete the 1099 process.
