Echo Echo Studio is a versatile creative studio that excels in creative facilitation and media production across diverse domains.With a range of revenue streams, our studio operates both in the B2C and B2B sectors. In the B2C realm, we curate and retail design goods, catering to the discerning tastes of our customers. In the B2B space, we specialize in producing high-quality media content for our corporate and small business partners, helping them effectively communicate their brand stories.Additionally, our studio offers a full-service production space. We provide a seamless experience for other brands and creatives, facilitating their production needs and enabling them to bring their creative visions to life.For our studio, my tasks include:• End-to-end production of high-quality creative assets for us and our partners including photos, videos, animations, 3d models, 3d environments, renderings, and more. • Developing new 3D digital designs for our media and retail production efforts in Autodesk's Fusion360, Blender, and Solidworks.• Overseeing our scaling manufacturing and production within our in-house 3D printing farm, and streamlining our designs to minimize material consumption and waste.• Working with external 3D printing + CNC fabrication faciliteis to fulfill our designs and prototypes for our internal and external commercial productions.

As an art project manager for Burning Man, I reach out to self-funded artists (those not receiving funding from the grant process) during the pre-season to discuss the art project they would like to bring to the Black Rock Desert. Together we go over safety, lighting, installation, heavy equipment, and any other special needs the artist requires during installation and teardown. Artists' needs are forwarded to necessary internal safety + work teams and we work collaboratively to meet the organizational and Bureau of Land Management guidelines before, during, and after the event. Some art also requires special facilitation between safety + work teams once we are on-site of the event, and I act as an ambassador between the artist and organization in those instances.

• Creating high-quality visual content from product photography to long-form video content to meet the editorial needs of the website and social platforms.• Creating and running contests from concept to international prize fulfillment - ask me about the legality of running a global skill-based or participation-based contest!• Communicating with content creators on Instructables and social media to encourage engagement.• Planning social content and maintaining the editorial calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging.• Liaising with the development team to relay member feedback gained from conversations within the community.

Being a content creator for Instructables meant that my skill set was (and still is!) ever-expanding. The main goal of this position was to publish instructional tutorials on how to build and create things like furniture, lamps, and musical instrumentsWhile at Instructables, I wrote and produced five full-length classes on topics from welding and photography, all the way to bread-making. This position was anchored from the Pier 9 Technology Center. Working at the P9TC was a master-class in materials research and construction technique, while in the fabrication lab I became well versed in 3D design and animation software and trained on incredibly sophisticated CNC equipment. In this strategic project, I oversaw the integration of content from creators outside of Instructables and helped integrate their curriculum to our class platform.• Took on a photo + video editorial position, overseeing the quality of image assets being delivered to clients.• Trained incoming content creators to use Instructables development and community tools.• Routed communications between dozens of external producers and internal developers to optimize workflows.

From 2013-2016 Instructables worked with external brands and advertising agencies to offer sponsored activations on our platform. We ran branded contests and user programming, and also offered in-house design services for branded DIY tutorials. • Managing a team of designers, technologists, and DIY content producers on a tight delivery schedule.• Liaised between a team of sales managers and content designers to deliver branded stories native to the Instructables format.

At the City of Reno's Arts and Culture department, I worked as the art conservator of public sculptures and gallery administrator.• Preparator and curator of six public galleries.• Organizing community events at sculpture sites or galleries.• The conservation of public sculpture often required diverse material research and working within artists' framework to ensure proper repairs.

At the Sheppard Fine Art Gallery within the UNR Art department, I worked as a gallerist and documentarian.• Photographically documenting the installation, exhibition and de-installation of each bi-monthly show. • Capturing and editing video footage from lectures and events. • Coordinating press materials for catalogs.• Preparator for fine arts buildings' galleries.• Organizing community events at sculpture sites or galleries.

This research position assisted in the build-out of the visual resource library available to students and also involved maintaining the photographic lighting studio and darkroom laboratory for the University of Nevada Reno's photography department.•Camera-scanning large format art books on a camera stand with 3-point lighting.•Facilitating chemistry mixture and proper disposal.•Working with students to reiterate the concepts of the darkroom and lighting studio.

I worked with the editorial team to understand weekly content schedules and organize local productions to capture needed image assets. Weekly assignments included arts + culture features, food reviews, and editorial features across Northern Nevada.
