I value quality design and development principles that utilize user experience, WCAG 2.1, social emotional learning, and I always put an emphasis on implementing DEI principles into all aspects of my e-learning development. I believe that every individual deserves representation in their training or curriculum, and I’m on a mission to make sure it happens.I believe in getting down to business, checking off those to-do items, and getting shit done quickly and efficiently; but also laughing and dancing all the way through the process. I am a true believer in life-long education and never stop learning, professionally and personally, because I’m enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills on my Instructional Design journey. I’m always reading, writing, or researching something; especially when I don’t know the answer.
