Generate initial COBRA notification to benefit eligible associates as well as notification to vendor for COBRA when qualifying event occurs. Schedule and coordinate 401(k) meetings with vendor and associates. Manage medical support orders. Counsel associates (and potential associates/applicants) on insurance plan provisions. Act as liaison between vendor and associates with related issues or problems.
