Reports to the Supervisor, Care Mgmt and under general supervision coordinate and manage the referral and/or authorization process in accordance with benefit contract guidelines and criteria. Ensures customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information when responding to customer inquiries, utilizing good judgment in triaging and documenting more complex customer calls. Participates in the daily operations of the department which may include processing authorizations, participation in resolving claims related issues, assisting with internal and external mail, filing and other administrative duties assigned.• Sunshine Club-President/Employee Liaison-guide, lead, organize, plan, office events to help promotes morale, teamwork, diversity, and awareness of self-worth throughout UM Department. • JHHC Culture Committee-The Culture Committee, made up of Workforce Strategy committee members and Culture Keepers, meet monthly to identify areas of improvement within the organization and strategize and implement initiatives, policies, and programs that will help shape our environment to match our cultural values.
