● Selected as 1 of 20 out of 120 candidates for prestigious 3-year research position as part of Kellogg International Scholars Program.● Conduct critical investigation under $40M USAID research grant dedicated to promoting literacy and prosperity in less developed countries through educational programs. ● Analyze impact of Mother Tongue Based Multilingual Educational Policy (MTB-MLE) implementation. ● Review variations of program across various countries to determine most effective elements of curriculum.● Aggregate MTB-MLE data and draw conclusions to develop concrete policy recommendations. Create new standards for teaching children within linguistically diverse contexts.● Asses previous MTB-MLE studies and literature to formulate optimal research strategies.● Create literature reviews, enact stakeholder research, and support team by editing and revising research design documents. The American Enterprise Institute’s poverty studies program seeks to identify and promote policies to improve opportunities for low-income Americans and children. I will be assisting in analysis of the child welfare system and federal safety-net programs such as cash welfare, food assistance, and unemployment insurance, determinants of economic mobility and human flourishing, and seeking to understand how core institutions, such as work and family, shape Americans’ lives.

● Designed Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) for non-profits to quantify the impact of their services. Facilitated funding acquisition by illustrating program effects in easily transmissible terms. ● Authored and edited research design documents, consent forms, enrollment diagrams, literature reviews, and power calculations.
